I was staring blankly at the clouds
It felt like I was in a frigid zone
I stooped to hug the misery
below my shaking knees
Ran my fingers through the grains
of foreboding bliss
The pieces of my broken dreams
I was just here yesterday
Full of promising youthfulness
Laid bare with vulnerability
How time flies
Lot of things have changed
Many have altered and faltered fate
I closed my eyes
as I went back to memory...
